The Legion Project is our commitment to those who serve and have served. Open to men and women in the first responder and veteran communities, as well as their families, the program offers a place to train alongside people who understand the responsibilities, experiences, and sense of purpose that often come with service.

We believe BJJ  is a transformative tool for healing: It provides those who have answered the call to serve a safe and respectful environment to overcome wounds from service, restore self-respect and discipline, and support recovery from PTSD, anxiety, and depression through physical training, mutual trust, and shared purpose.
